improves casting speed suing water magic skills (15%)

slashing dmg 6-28 (req 10 axe)
damage +14% (all of the time)

energy gain on hit 1

armor +6 (vs physical)

(gold) barbed spiked axe of shelter
slashing dmg 6-27 (req 12 axe)
lengthens bleeding duration on foe
armor +6 (vs. physical)

1) I'd try to salvage the health mod otherwise it's pretty trashy.
